Disabled Access
A lift is available for use next to the front steps of the surgery.
There is a buzzer to alert staff you are waiting as the lift is operated from
inside the building.
Car Parking
There is limited parking space in the surgery grounds. We ask patients
to park in the local side streets wherever possible.
Patient Satisfaction Survey
We do ask some patients to fill in a questionnaire
once a year to help us evaluate and plan our services. Patient participation
and input is essential for the smooth running of the practice.
Medical Students
The surgery is committed to help the training of young doctors.
Patients will be informed on arrival for their appointment if there is a student
sitting with the doctor on that day. There is no obligation for a student to
be present during your consultation. Anyone with an objection should report this
to the reception staff.
