How Do I....
Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

A computerised medication slip is issued with every repeat prescription and must be used to order your next repeat prescription. It should be posted in the box in the reception area or posted to us with a stamped addressed envelope for its return. Repeat prescriptions will be ready for collection after 48 hours (this does not include weekends or bank holidays) and may be collected after 10.00am during normal working hours. As a safety precaution we do not allow repeat prescriptions to be ordered over the phone.

From time to time there may be an orange card attached to your prescription. This is an invite for a medication review to ensure safety and suitability. Please make an appointment before you run out of medication.

Patients who arrange collection and delivery of prescriptions through their pharmacies should make sure all arrangements are suitable for them with the pharmacy.
